(1) If anyone does any act against the order issued under section 3, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or with fine which may extend to fifteen thousand rupees or in case of possession of the substance related to the offence, or with both. However, within the time limit set by the order as per clause (f) and (g) of sub-section (2) of section 6, as written in that order, not preparing, not submitting, or not preparing the account of the quantity of the necessary substance with news, statistical records (records) or details, or the news as ordered A person who does not should be imprisoned for more than one year or fined more than three thousand rupees.
(2) If it is stipulated that the substance related to the offense committed against the order under section 3 shall be confiscated in the order issued under the same section, the substance shall also be confiscated.
